How much does your leasing representation service cost?
Our white-glove NuSpruce Business Space Representation Package (full representation service) is a one-time $2,498 fee, paid in two installments—$1,249 upfront and $1,249 when your lease is signed. This covers everything from site selection to lease negotiations.
How long does it take to find and secure a space?
On average, our clients secure their lease and get the keys to their new space within 90 days. Timelines vary depending on availability, negotiations, and buildout requirements, but we keep things moving efficiently.
